Forgot your code or PIN?

Ask your teacher. Nobody else can help, and that keeps your account safe.

Your teacher can do one of two things:

• Give you a new code. Then you join again with the new code and choose a new PIN.
• Set a new PIN for you. They'll tell you the new PIN. Then sign in with your username and the new PIN.

Either way, you're signed out on every device first. Your results are all still there.

Forgot your username?

You can see it on your Account page. If you're signed out, ask your teacher. They can see it on the class list.
