Billing

Zaaber is paid for by the school year, which runs to 31 July. If you start less than three months before then, it runs to the 31 July after.

• $4.95 for each teacher, once a year, however many classes they teach.
• $1 for each pupil in each class: a "class seat". A pupil in two classes uses two seats, because each class keeps its own copy of their name.

There's no limit on how many pupils a class can have.

Adding pupils

Pupils you add to a class during the year need a seat each. The class shows how many aren't paid for yet, with a Pay button for just those seats. It doesn't change when the class's year ends.

Before it's paid

A class isn't active until it's paid for. Pupils can't join or play yet, and your class's pages show a Pay now button. An unpaid class is deleted after 24 hours.

When the year ends

You're told 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before. When it ends, pupils can't play until it's renewed. You can still see and export their progress. Press Renew for a year to add a year: a seat for each pupil in the class, and your teacher place if it isn't paid for the new year.

What pupils see

While a class isn't active, pupils see "This class is not active right now. Ask your teacher." Their codes aren't used up.
