The roster
Your pupils, their status, and what you can do for each.
Roster is the first tab of a class. It lists each pupil with their Name, Username, Status and Claim code, and how many pupils the class has.
Status
- Not yet claimed: the pupil hasn't used their code yet.
- Claimed: they've joined and chosen a PIN.
- Suspended: they can't sign in until you reinstate them.
What you can do

| New code | The old code and PIN stop working, and the pupil is signed out everywhere. They join again with the new code. |
| Set PIN | Type six digits, or leave it blank to have one made up. The pupil is signed out everywhere. The PIN is shown once: read it to them. |
| Suspend | They lose access until you Reinstate them. Nothing is deleted. |
| Remove | Deletes the account, its results and its name. This cannot be undone. |
To add pupils later, use Add pupils, type one name per line, and press Add. Each new pupil gets a code.
A pupil who forgets their PIN doesn't need a new code: Set PIN is quicker, and they keep their username.
