Privacy for teachers
What's kept about a pupil, who sees what, and when it's deleted.
What's kept about a pupil
- A generated username, and their PIN, stored so it can't be read back.
- Their quiz attempts and results.
- The name you typed, encrypted with a key for your class alone, and kept apart from their results.
That's all. No email, no date of birth and no photo. Extra time is stored as a number, never a reason.
Who sees what
- A pupil sees their own results only.
- You and your co-teachers see your class's pupils and their results.
- Organization totals never show a group smaller than five.
- Nobody is ranked. There are no leaderboards and no comparisons, and quiz ratings are anonymous.
